Replit says it has acquired Atta and made interactive charts available in Replit chat. Users can upload a dataset or connect a data source, ask a question and receive an analysis with a chart. Replit says Atta's charting technology helps produce visualizations that can be shared and resized.

The acquisition brings Atta founders Omar Shaik and Amine Ben Khalifa into Replit. Replit describes recurring analyses and presentation slides as possible future uses; the capability available now is charting within chat.
