Simplismart has raised a $14 million Series B led by Dallas Venture Capital, with Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax participating, TechCrunch reported. The all-primary round values the Indian startup at about $100 million, including the new funding.

The company plans to expand in the U.S., grow its team and develop software that adjusts how AI models run on customers' cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Simplismart says it helped InVideo reduce GPU serving costs by 56%.

CEO Amritanshu Jain said Nvidia is also collaborating on technical integrations, including its Dynamo inference software. Simplismart competes with Nvidia's own offerings as well as major cloud providers.
