Vectorial announces $3 million seed round for customer simulation platform

Vectorial announces $3 million seed round for customer simulation platform Image: Primary
Vectorial announced a $3 million seed round to expand behavioral datasets through new data partnerships and develop SAPIENS 2.0, its model for simulating customer behavior. Backers include Smilegate, SenseAI Ventures and Berkeley SkyDeck, the company said in a contributed article published by The Next Web. Its platform lets product, design and marketing teams test digital experiences against modeled audiences before exposing them to real users. Named customers include GoodRx, Suki AI and Concrete Software. Vectorial says simulations have reproduced prior user-study findings with more than 85% accuracy; that measure concerns past studies rather than future customer behavior.
