Google Cloud listed 36 affected products during an outage in its London region on Tuesday, including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage and BigQuery. A person familiar with the matter told Reuters that Revolut's disruption was related to the cloud incident. Google said the problems began at 07:08 UK time in europe-west2, with elevated errors and intermittent network faults. It advised customers to move workloads to another zone or region where possible while engineers investigated the cause. Revolut's status page showed card payments and cash withdrawals among services unavailable or partly unavailable. Neither company had given a time for full restoration.
