ServiceNow confirmed it acquired Israeli startup Sweep to speed customers' migrations to its customer relationship management software, CTech reported. The price was undisclosed but estimated at hundreds of millions.

Bill McDermott said large-company rollouts now take a month, 30 days or 60 days as ServiceNow expands into CRM.
