Orange Cyberdefense joined Mistral's Large 4 design partner programme on Thursday and plans to introduce the model gradually across its security services. Initial uses will include technical audits and penetration testing, in which specialists attempt authorized break-ins to find weaknesses.

The company will run its security models in Mistral's European data centres, initially serving business and public-sector clients.
