Brandon Thomas has released GridCraft, DeckCraft and WordCraft, open-source alternatives to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, Tom's Hardware reports. The apps are available to download free from ArtCraft's GitHub repository and were created with Claude.

Thomas also develops ArtCraft, a suite intended to replicate Adobe's creative applications. The new releases extend his work into spreadsheets, presentations and word processing, though most apps in the collection remain far from matching the software they aim to replace.
