Fullstory said it has made its 2026 digital experience benchmark dataset available through Model Context Protocol, which lets AI tools fetch external data. The release allows product teams, developers and AI agents to query benchmark findings drawn from more than 18.7 billion sessions across 2,600+ organizations.

AI assistants and enterprise language models can retrieve industry-specific data covering retail, travel, finance and insurance, software, food and beverage, and gaming. Fullstory reported that technical error clicks fell 8% year over year while rage clicks rose 77%, showing that reduced technical errors did not coincide with reduced behavioral frustration.
