# AWS launches Amazon Connect Talent for AI-led hiring

AWS launched Amazon Connect Talent, a hiring product that uses AI agents to conduct interviews and assessments at scale. Recruiters configure role-specific criteria, questions and assessments, then review scored candidate summaries, transcripts and evaluation reasoning before making final hiring decisions. AWS says candidate data is anonymized during AI evaluation and that human review is mandatory for fraud-protection flags; automated signals do not disqualify candidates.
