GitHub said its services recovered after elevated latency affected REST API requests, including Checks, and some Actions, Issues, Pull Requests and GraphQL functionality. Some requests were slow or timed out, and notifications were delayed from 17:59 UTC to 18:40 UTC.

GitHub marked the incident resolved after mitigation and monitoring. The disruption affected requests and development workflows across several services; GitHub said it would share a detailed root cause analysis when available.
