GMI Cloud raises $668M in equity and credit financing

GPU cloud provider GMI Cloud said Wednesday it raised $668 million in equity and debt financing, The Information reported. The package includes $223M in equity led by ARCHIV, with Nvidia participating, and $445M in credit led by Taiwanese bank CTBC. The five-year-old company provides Nvidia chip servers to enterprises.
