Decathlon deploys Chronos-2 forecasting in Southeast Asia and Latin America
Image: Primary Decathlon says it has put fine-tuned Chronos-2 demand forecasting into production for its Southeast Asia and Latin America supply zones.
The retailer says the model improved 12-week forecast accuracy by 11 to 15 WAPE points against its prior tool and cut deployment time for a new region from six months to two or three months. Its weekly batch system fine-tunes the model every six months and serves forecasts across product time series.
Decathlon says it plans a full multi-zone rollout in 2026, with the Middle East and Africa next.
