U.S. District Judge Edward Davila ordered expedited access to OpenAI interview materials in Apple's trade secrets lawsuit, TechCrunch reported. The records concern former Apple employees who applied to OpenAI's consumer hardware and robotics groups. OpenAI has five days to deliver materials already collected and 14 days for other responsive materials.

Davila also authorized access to specified private LINE messages and depositions of Chang Liu, Alyssa Peng, and Tang Yew Tan. He denied expedited access to several broader hardware research requests, while allowing Apple to narrow its requests and try again.
