Tottenham Hotspur said it replaced the VMware environment supporting its stadium's server, storage and networking infrastructure with HPE's Morpheus VM Essentials virtualization software, delivered through HPE GreenLake.

The club told The Register that HPE manages the hybrid-cloud service, which also uses OpsRamp. Tottenham said the change has reduced licensing fees by more than 85 percent, though it did not disclose its prior VMware products or spending. The club is also nearing completion of a broader stadium data-center and network redesign.
