CleanSpark disclosed that Meta Platforms will back rent and operating expenses for the 175-megawatt Sandersville, Georgia AI data-center campus through its wholly owned Anviran LLC subsidiary. The company's CSDC Finance I unit plans to offer $2.227 billion in senior secured notes due 2031, primarily to complete construction. CleanSpark said the 20-year lease is expected to produce about $6.6 billion in contracted payments, with 3% annual rent increases. The company had announced the lease in July without naming the tenant.
