Image: DCD Exa Infrastructure has added a long-haul terrestrial route directly connecting Barcelona and Bilbao. The company says the corridor links Mediterranean-facing traffic with Atlantic and transatlantic cable systems and serves Zaragoza. Exa claims the route reduces cross-Spain latency by 52% and connects Catalonia's eight main data centers to a direct Atlantic corridor. The company operates more than 160,000 kilometers of digital infrastructure across 37 countries.
