Salesforce and Nvidia introduced Koa, a reasoning model built on Nvidia's open-weight Nemotron model and post-trained for sales, marketing and customer-support work, TechCrunch reported. Salesforce said Koa will be offered alongside other models in its Agentforce platform, which routes tasks to models through an AI gateway.
