# AWS opens Lambda previews for Node.js 26 and Python 3.15

AWS has put managed Lambda runtimes for Node.js 26 and Python 3.15 into public preview. Customers can test them before general availability, while AWS can still make breaking changes based on feedback. The preview runtimes are available in AWS commercial, GovCloud and China Regions, use the same identifiers planned for general availability, and will automatically graduate when they reach GA. AWS says they are not covered by Lambda's SLA or support plans and should not run production workloads.
