Amesite reports its largest enterprise deployment, serving 2,700 patients

Amesite disclosed in its annual report filed September 23 that it secured its largest enterprise deployment to date, serving an approximately 2,700-patient census. The company also said it launched a NurseMagic tier during fiscal 2026 that works with electronic medical records and provides configurable documentation and automated reports for care teams. NurseMagic serves post-acute care businesses, including home health, skilled nursing and hospice providers. Amesite said it faces significant customer, regulatory and competitive risks as it expands these products. It is no longer dedicating resources to growth of its older Amesite Engage platform.
