Paramount has completed its $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, creating a combined company called Skydance, The Verge reports. The transaction brings the companies' film studios, streaming services and brands including HBO, CBS News and CNN under common control.

Paramount settled last month with 12 states that had sued to block the acquisition over antitrust concerns. The settlement requires minimum theatrical film releases over five years, starting with 30 in years one and two, and at least $300 million more in US production spending than the companies spent last year combined.
