Anthropic's updated confidential draft IPO filing describes about $450 billion in cloud computing agreements over the next decade, according to reporting citing The Wall Street Journal's review of the document. The draft describes the commitments as noncancelable.

The providers are Amazon, Alphabet and Microsoft, each of which also owns an Anthropic stake and develops competing AI products. The draft separately identifies as much as $750 billion in potential compute spending, including deals still under negotiation. Its figures could change before a public filing; the draft is not posted on SEC EDGAR.
