Northampton Capital Partners and Provident Data Centers are developing a North Dallas data center planned to provide 54 megawatts of critical capacity on a 74-megawatt site. The facility is slated to come online in late 2027. The project is designed for AI-ready power density, according to the report, and the partners have agreed on a broader framework for additional U.S. data-center sites. The report describes a Dallas-Fort Worth market where most capacity under construction is pre-leased.
