Startup Operation Bluebird has begun testing Twitter.now, a social network whose founding team includes former Twitter trademark counsel Stephen Coates. Early access costs $20. The company says its initial VERA AI system gauges posts, checks claims, supplies claim sources and context, and attaches a trust score that users can use to filter feeds. Operation Bluebird says it is not attempting to recreate Twitter. The service and VERA remain in an initial testing stage.
