China Sciences Ecorizon Tech said it acquired the Stiefel Group brand and intellectual-property assets, including water-cooled waste-incineration technology. The company said the technology is designed to handle higher-calorific-value waste, support more complete combustion and improve thermal efficiency compared with conventional air-cooled systems. CSET said the acquisition gives it the complete boiler-island technology package from waste crane to stack and access to Stiefel's market relationships and project experience in Europe, South Asia, Japan and South Korea.
