AWS says eligible enterprise customers can now access Z.ai's GLM 5.3 through fully managed Amazon Bedrock APIs. The 753B-parameter model is designed for coding and extended workflows that use tools across multiple steps, without customers operating their own inference infrastructure.

Bedrock supports OpenAI-compatible Responses and Chat Completions APIs, cross-Region inference, and service tiers that trade cost against latency. Prompt caching reuses repeated input to reduce latency and input costs; explicit cache breakpoints require at least 1,024 tokens. Z.ai reports a 50% improvement over GLM 5.2 on its internal coding benchmark, but changed tests prevent a direct comparison with GLM 5.
