Nebius buys Inferize to add GPU loading technology to inference platform

Nebius buys Inferize to add GPU loading technology to inference platform Image: Primary
Nebius has acquired Israeli startup Inferize in a deal estimated at $100 million to $150 million, CoinCentral reports. Nebius has not disclosed the exact financial terms. Inferize will operate inside Nebius Token Factory, its managed inference platform. Inferize's technology targets the time GPUs spend idle while model weights load, including when new instances start or weights change during reinforcement learning. It aims to let capacity scale more closely with demand rather than requiring spare GPUs to remain running. Founded in January 2026, the startup had 17 employees and built a working prototype within three months of launching.
