Cybersecurity and compliance startup Comp AI has raised a $34 million Series A led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures.

The company says its platform uses AI agents to draft security policies, collect audit evidence and continuously monitor compliance controls; it also offers AI-powered penetration testing. Comp AI says the new funding will support product expansion and brings its total funding to $37.5 million. The company says people still review and approve agent-drafted policies, and its software does not replace independent audits.
