Ukraine and the United Kingdom have signed a joint declaration covering development and deployment of AI-enabled military capabilities, according to the Ukrainian presidency's account of talks in Kyiv. The declaration formalizes cooperation in an area Britain has already backed with a £2 billion commitment to an AI combat laboratory for its army, the report says.
