Keystone customers question data deletion after store breach

Shopify & PrestaShop Crypto Payment Guides Image: Primary
Several Keystone customers say they received breach notices for orders older than its 180-day shipping-data retention period, FinanceFeeds reported. One customer cited a purchase more than two years earlier; another said 214 days had passed since their latest order. Keystone says its Shopify store breach exposed customer contact, shipping and order information, while payment details and wallet credentials were unaffected. Its support documentation says Shopify handles final deletion. The customer accounts raise questions about implementation of Keystone's deletion promise, but Keystone has not established whether older records were in the compromised dataset or which system retained them.
