Agility Robotics began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker AGLT on November 5 after completing its merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, The Robot Report reported. The deal provides about $465 million in gross proceeds before expenses, compared with the company's earlier projection of more than $620 million if no shareholders redeemed.

The proceeds include about $164 million from Churchill XI's trust account after redemptions, $201 million from a private investment led by Foxconn, and a $100 million funding round closed after the merger announcement. Agility reported $1.78 million in 2025 revenue and a $138.1 million net loss; about 64% of revenue came from related parties.
