John Ternus began his first day as Apple's chief executive on September 1, according to 9to5Mac. The report says Luca Maestri recently left his Corporate Services leadership role, with those responsibilities shifting to chief financial officer Kevan Parekh.

Apple's new leadership page also excludes mergers-and-acquisitions head Adrian Perica, though his future role is unclear. Apple was scheduled to hold an Apple Park event that day to introduce Ternus to employees and celebrate Tim Cook's tenure. The report says former Apple vice president Laura Legros will serve in a chief-of-staff-style role.
