Freshworks has acquired Israel-based Robusta, an AI startup whose software helps companies identify the causes of technology outages and recommend fixes, The Economic Times reported. The acquisition will bring Robusta's incident investigation technology to Freshservice, Freshworks' IT service management platform.

The software company is using the acquisition to expand its IT operations platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
