Nutex Health says an unauthorized third party accessed and exfiltrated information from its servers, including data that may be private or confidential. The healthcare operator disclosed the incident in an SEC filing and said it had hired external incident-response and forensic specialists, activated its response plan, implemented containment measures, and notified law enforcement.
