Anthropic-backed Ode acquires Casper Studios

Ode, the enterprise AI venture set up by Anthropic with Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman, has acquired AI consultancy Casper Studios. Ode said Casper helps companies deploy Claude in software their staff already use, while Ode builds custom systems for harder enterprise problems. The acquisition is Ode's second consultancy purchase in four months, following its acquisition of Fractional AI in May. The parties did not disclose a price, deal structure, Casper's staff count, clients, or revenue.
