Amaero files for proposed Nasdaq share offering
Amaero Inc. filed an S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of common stock and said it has applied to list the shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under AMRO. The Tennessee-based producer of metal powders for additive manufacturing is already represented on the Australian Securities Exchange through depositary interests. The filing says the preliminary prospectus is incomplete and the securities cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective.
