Meta has introduced Muse for Small Business, a version of its existing AI agent that connects with Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks and other business software. It can also read analytics from Instagram business accounts and Facebook Pages and work with Meta ad accounts. The connections give Muse access to information from a business's shop, accounts and customer records. Meta says the agent requires an owner's approval before it posts content, sends messages or makes purchases. The company has not announced separate pricing for the business version.
