Mach Industries Inc. has raised $600 million to expand its manufacturing capacity, the defense startup said, extending a Series C round it closed in June.

Ribbit Capital, Infinite Capital, Bedrock Capital and Sequoia participated in both the June round and the latest raise. Mach builds autonomous aircraft designed for large-scale production, including the Viper drone developed under a U.S. Army product development contract won last March, plus the Glide, Pike and Dart drones and a high-altitude balloon.

The company operates a 115,000-square-foot plant in Huntington Beach, California, and acquired rocket motor manufacturer Exquadrum in May for $50 million.
