Some Barcelona Supercomputing Center AI Factory services are now accessible through Nvidia's Inception portal, Nvidia announced. BSC's AI Factory Accelerator Programme has also moved from a pilot into full operation, giving startups access to sovereign computing resources, technical support and training.

The AI Factory has delivered more than 800 services to private and public-sector clients since its April 2025 launch. Programme participant Qatium is in early production with Neural Water Intelligence, using proprietary models trained on MareNostrum 5 to support water utilities' operational decisions. A planned extension of MareNostrum 5 will provide further supercomputing access through European AI factories.
