Google announced three updates from Galaxy Unpacked 2026. The company said task automation with Gemini Intelligence is expanding support from a handful of apps to more than 40 popular apps. Gemini Notebook is coming preinstalled on Samsung's new foldables with a six-month trial of Google AI Pro included on Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, and Flip8. Gemini is also being extended to Galaxy Watch 9 and new intelligent eyewear in partnership with Samsung, allowing activation by raising a wrist or hand gesture.
