# PLD Space extends Series C to €288 million

PLD Space said it added €108 million to its Series C financing, bringing the round to €288 million and total funding to €488 million. Mitsubishi Electric again led the extension, with COFIDES co-investing and other new investors participating. The Spanish launch company says it will use the capital for MIURA 5 industrialization, production and test capacity, launch infrastructure, and its transition toward commercial operations.
