Risotto launched its Autonomous IT Engineer, a tool the company says diagnoses complex IT requests from user context and system logs, proposes fixes, and executes them with human approval. It converts successful resolutions into reusable runbooks so IT teams can automate recurring problems.

The company says the tool can analyze 90 days of ticket history to generate workflows. Users can also describe desired automations in natural language; Risotto builds and tests them and connects them to corporate tools through API or MCP endpoints. Execution still requires a person to approve the proposed fix.
