A reported Trump Mobile breach may have exposed names, home addresses, emails, phone numbers and order information belonging to 3,615 people. The Verge cited reporting by PCMag and Straight Arrow News, whose reporters contacted several people in the dataset and confirmed their information was accurate.

The hacking group BYOD claimed responsibility. A member said it installed a remote access trojan on an employee of Liberty Mobile, the carrier powering Trump Mobile's network. The dataset may include people who never completed signup; one person said they supplied contact details but could not set up an account.
