GitHub said its initial mitigation did not fully resolve a service disruption, with users still facing delays and errors in Actions, Issues and Projects and delayed notifications at 13:38 UTC. Pull Requests had returned to normal operation by 13:02 UTC.

Earlier symptoms included trouble loading the Actions interface, using the Checks API, queuing workflow runs, creating or updating issues, and requesting pull request reviews through REST and GraphQL APIs. GitHub said it was continuing to investigate the root cause and work on additional mitigations.
