# Atlassian opens change-risk and incident tools in Service Collection beta

Atlassian says Prevention Center and Incident Command Center are available in open beta to all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise customers. The Jira Service Management tools assess software changes before deployment and bring incident investigation context into one view.

Prevention Center uses AI to assess change risk and can incorporate an organization's knowledge base into assessments and suggested mitigations. Incident Command Center connects incidents with deployments, alerts, services and past incidents, then generates post-incident reviews with action items in Jira.

Integrations with Datadog, Sentry and Splunk bring monitoring data into incident workflows. Those integrations are generally available through the Atlassian MCP Gallery; people retain responsibility for change approvals and incident response.
