China's market regulator has ordered recalls covering more than 4 million vehicles because interior emergency door releases can blend into surrounding trim. The action includes nearly 2.98 million Tesla vehicles and models from domestic manufacturers including Xiaomi, Leapmotor, Xpeng and Zeekr. Remedies include warning labels and, for several manufacturers, software changes to door-unlocking logic and window behavior after an impact.
