The outage began at about 10:58 a.m. ET and affected conversations, login, search, file uploads, Voice mode, GPTs, image generation, Deep Research, Agent, ChatGPT Work and Codex services. Users may see failed conversation loads or errors when using these features. OpenAI had not attributed the outage to a cause at the time of reporting.
