Klook Technology withdrew its initial public offering plans on Friday, Renaissance Capital reported. The pan-Asian online travel booking platform filed in November 2025 with an estimated deal size of $400 million and had not updated its prospectus since then.

The Hong Kong-based company had planned to list on the NYSE under the symbol KLK. Founded in 2014, Klook connects travelers with local merchants and booked $541 million in revenue for the 12 months ended September 30, 2025.
