Northwood Space said Monday it raised $375 million in a Series C round co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and DFJ Growth, valuing the satellite infrastructure company at $2 billion. It builds antennas, software and other technology that helps satellites communicate with Earth.

The round includes a financial agreement with HSBC. Northwood said the financing will support expansion, hiring and fulfillment of existing contracts. The company previously raised a $100 million Series B in January and secured a nearly $50 million U.S. Space Force contract to upgrade its satellite control network.
