FBI seeks up to $88 million in AI compute hardware
Image: DCD The FBI has issued a multiple-award contract opportunity seeking enterprise, rack-scale and pod-scale AI systems, inference servers, networking equipment and expansion hardware. The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract has a collective ceiling of $88 million. The bureau says it wants the equipment for AI, machine learning, large-language-model training and inference, computer vision, analytics and enterprise workloads. It has not named a supplier or specified the GPUs' desired compute capability.
