Oracle pledged to limit new financing to $20B through fiscal 2030 as it builds more cloud capacity, Reuters reported. The company expects capital spending to peak this fiscal year and next.

Oracle forecasts that free cash flow will turn positive in the second half of fiscal 2028 and exceed $30B in fiscal 2029. Its shares rose more than 11%.
